After Hours Bail
Where the amount in certain offences is higher than R2 000 but less than R20 000 bail can be granted by a standby prosecutor.
Court Bail Applications
In more serious cases where the accused does not qualify for after-hour bail, the bail application will be done in court during weekdays.
Police Bail Application
In cases where police bail is applicable, you do not need a lawyer. The police are in terms of act 51 of 1977 compelled to grant bail.

This is done by myself or in more serious cases - a specialist criminal defense advocate on my panel might be appointed with your consent.
